License & terms

1. The software

ImgSera (“the Software”) is image-processing desktop software published by ImgSera (“the Publisher”). By installing or using the Software you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not install the Software.

2. License grants

Free Edition. You may install and use the Software without charge for personal or commercial purposes. The Free edition includes the complete manual toolset with plan limits (batch size, PDF pages, and daily AI operations).

Pro Edition. A purchased license key unlocks unlimited batch processing, unlimited PDF creation, and unlimited AI operations. Each license is for one user; you may install it on multiple machines used by that user. Volume licensing is available from the Publisher.

3. What you may do

• Install the Software on your Windows computers.
• Process, convert, and publish any images you own or have the right to use.
• Keep using the images you create with the Software commercially, with no royalties.

4. What you may not do

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the installer or application files.
• Reverse-engineer the Software except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Use the Software to process images you have no legal right to use.

5. Privacy

The Software processes everything locally on your computer. It contains no telemetry and does not upload your images. It accesses the internet only when you explicitly download AI models or request an update check. See the privacy statement for details.

6. Third-party models

AI upscaling and background removal use third-party open-source neural network models that you download on request. Those models are covered by their own respective licenses. ImgSera downloads them from their official repositories over HTTPS; it does not bundle them in the installer.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Publisher does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

In no event shall the Publisher be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the Software or its use. The Publisher’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall it.

10. Changes

The Publisher may revise this agreement in a future version of the Software. Continued use of the Software after such a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
